Novel bidirectional aggregation degree feature extraction method forpatent new word discovery

Aiming at the poor effect of general new word discovery method on the recognition of patent long words, the low flexibility of part of speech collocation template of patent terminology, and the lack of unsupervised methods for Chinese patent long word recognition, a novel bidirectional aggregation degree feature extraction method for patent new word discovery was proposed.Firstly, a bidirectional conditional probability was introduced on the statistical information between the first and last words on a double word term. Secondly, a word boundary filtering rule was extendedly introduced by using the above feature. Finally, new patent words were able to be extracted by combining the above aggregation degree feature and word boundary filtering rule. Experimental analysis show that, the new method improves the overall F-score by 6.7 percentage points compared with the new word discovery method in the general field, improves the overall F-score by 19.2 and 17.2 percentage points respectively compared with two latest patent terminology collocation template methods, and significantly increase the F-score for the discovery of new words with 4 to 8 characters. In summary, the proposed method greatly improves the performance of patent new word discovery, and can extract high compound long words in patent documents more effectively, while reducing the reliance on pre-training processes and extra complex rule base, with better practicality.

Design and implementation of electronic file circulation based on blockchain

Aiming at the problems that there is no unified registration of files, the whereabouts of files are not tracked, and the process of circulation is not standardized in the circulation of electronic files under the Internet ecology, a blockchain-based electronic file circulation scheme was proposed. Firstly, the design goals and design architecture of the electronic file circulation system based on blockchain were proposed using the multi-centralized system of the consortium blockchain in the blockchain. Secondly, blockchain-based electronic file circulation system was implemented by using a cloud storage platform to upload files for electronic file storage and adding time-stamps of the ownership transfer data of files to make the circulation process continuous, relevant, traceable, honest and credible. The data synchronization and tracing of the blockchain-based electronic file circulation system was achieved through using database calls to realize the data access. Finally, a smart contract for electronic file ownership transfer and query to verify and protect the contents of the files by reading the file identification. The security analysis and performance tests show that compared to the original one, the proposed scheme is more secure and enhances the credibility of the circulation information, at the same time, the shorter execution time of the smart contract makes the system have better reliability and traceability.

Image steganography algorithm based on human visual system and nonsubsampled contourlet transform

To improve the capacity and invisibility of image steganography, the article analyzed the advantage and application fields between Nonsubsampled Contourlet Transform (NSCT) and Contourlet transform. Afterwards, an image steganography was put forward, which was based on Human Visual System (HVS) and NSCT. Through modeling the human visual masking effect, different secret massages were inserted to different coefficient separately in the high-frequency subband of NSCT. The experimental results show that, in comparison with the steganography of wavelet, the proposed algorithm can improve the capacity of steganography at least 70000b,and Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) increases about 4dB. Therefore, the invisibility and embedding capacity are both considered preferably, which has a better application outlook than the wavelet project.

Effective method for the arbitary clip plane extraction on the three medical anatomy planes

Medical clip plane extraction on the three orthogonal medical planes is a key technique in the clinic diagnosis. In this paper, the complex spatial relations between these abstract planes were clearly discussed by the spatial gometroy theory. For extracted clip sections on different orthogonal planes, corresponding interpolation method was adopted to gain clip images with high quality, which could provide extra and useful image perspective for the doctors. The results confirmed the method in the paper.
